When sending a file, please remember to compress (zip) your upload for faster transfer. You’ll receive a confirmation email from robot@platinumids.com once we’ve received your file. Ensure that your use of IO complies with your organization’s file transfer guidelines. Keep this window open until your upload is finished.

If you need assistance, feel free to ask our chatbot located at the bottom right of your screen or reach out to your dedicated account manager. We’re always happy to help! For larger transfers, we also offer SFTP, or we can deliver a hard drive to your office at no extra cost.
