  • Through Hubspot: Our sales and marketing activities are supported by Hubspot, where we collect personal and company information to enhance client engagement and service offerings.
  • We do not share or collect personal information from work product, documents or data provided by the client for any purpose, unless directed specifically from the client for the purposes of professional services provided under an executed services agreement. These services could include, but are not limited to Data Loss Prevention (DLP) or AI based services for the purposes of data enrichment or research purposes required for discovery, document management or other defensible objectives as requested by our clients.

Use of Information

The personal information we collect is primarily used to provide and improve our electronic discovery services, including data indexing, transformation, and analysis. Additionally, we may use this information to:

  • Communicate with clients regarding service updates, offers, and professional insights.
